This website sets no cookies, runs no ads and no tracking scripts. Here is what we do collect, and why.
This website
The site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies and loads no analytics, advertising or social media scripts, and its fonts are served from our own address. Like any web host, ours may keep standard server logs (IP address, page, time and browser) for security and troubleshooting.
The pricing page remembers which currency you picked in your own browser’s storage. It never leaves your device.
When you contact us
If you fill in the contact form or email us, we receive what you send: your name, email, company, country, the number of locations and printers, and any message. We use it only to reply, send you the download and help you set up. We don’t sell it or add you to a mailing list you didn’t ask for.
We keep these messages only as long as we need them to help you, and delete them when you ask.
Documents people print
This notice is about the website. In the product, documents are kept on the computer or Commontray Box at your site, deleted as soon as each job ends, and never-released documents are deleted after the hold time. See security for more.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to hello@commontray.com. If you’re unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your data protection authority.
